The Last Mile Learning Associate works with Operations Managers, Area Managers, and associates. They constantly improve the long-term capabilities of their assigned area.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable speaking in front of groups and one-on-one, and be able to give and receive feedback effectively. They should be able to follow up, meet deadlines, and be goal-oriented, providing insights to area managers. They work hard for the success of others, remain customer-obsessed, and demonstrate a positive attitude. They measure associate performance in safety, quality, and productivity, and apply learning tools to improve operational metrics.
They also develop and maintain learning tools to encourage associate development and support peak and non-peak training plans.
The Learning Associate will achieve this by:
Executing all standard trainer tasks as outlined on the Trainer Standard Work Checklist.
Delivering network standard technical training.
Partnering with Operations Leaders to evaluate and improve training processes.
Directly coaching associates to improve performance.
Managing training compliance and ensuring accurate records.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BCom/BE/BTech or equivalent).
Proficiency in computer usage, email, MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple projects and changing priorities.
Ability to prioritize and complete projects with tight deadlines.
Willingness to work in different areas as required by training needs.
Saudi national, Arabic speaker, with professional English proficiency.
Availability to work different shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior training, teaching, or presentation experience.
Previous experience as a trainer.
Willingness to work various shifts and support operational initiatives.
Excellent attendance and organization skills.
Ability to translate or converse in English and Arabic.
