We are currently looking for motivated Tamheer trainees to join our Human Resources team, specifically in Organization Development & Learning Development (OD & LD), to gain hands-on experience in employee development, training initiatives, and organizational growth projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the planning and coordination of training programs and learning initiatives
• Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and internal communications
• Help track employee training records and development plans
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in organization development projects, policies, and process improvements
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of learning activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong interest in Learning & Development and Organizational Development
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Eagerness to learn and develop in the HR field
• Eligible for the Tamheer program
