We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of innovative learning programs aligned with our business goals and talent development initiatives. As the L&D Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, develop strategic learning initiatives, and promote continuous employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of learning and development strategies supporting organizational objectives.
Partner with department heads to assess training needs and develop appropriate training plans.
Create and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and courses for employees at all levels.
Manage learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends to keep learning initiatives innovative and effective.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field;
Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in learning and development roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Expertise in instructional design, training delivery, and performance evaluation.
Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
Proven success in implementing learning initiatives that enhance employee growth and organizational success.
Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
