What You Will Deliver
Autonomous Platform Architecture & Design
Lead the design of autonomous platform architectures, including integration of robotics, IoT, AI, and control systems.
Define technical standards, design patterns, and system architectures aligned with enterprise and innovation strategies.
Maintain scalable, modular solutions aligned with future technology roadmaps.
Solution Development & Implementation
Lead technical design and implementation of autonomous platforms and systems.
Guide multidisciplinary delivery teams across engineering, data/AI, and operations to implement solutions effectively.
Oversee deployment of autonomous capabilities into operational environments, maintaining reliability and usability.
Integration Across Technology Layers
Integrate sensors, control systems, data platforms, and analytics layers.
Coordinate integration between OT (Operational Technology) and IT systems to enable real-time and intelligent operations.
Resolve technical dependencies and system interoperability challenges.
Performance, Reliability & Safety
Maintain high performance, reliability, and resilience of autonomous systems
Define monitoring frameworks, operational performance benchmarks, and KPIs.
Maintain compliance with safety standards and operational risk requirements, especially in industrial environments.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Maintain compliance with enterprise governance frameworks, cybersecurity requirements, and regulatory standards.
Identify and manage risks related to autonomous systems deployment and scaling.
Support architecture and technical reviews to maintain compliance and quality.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment
Collaborate with Innovation, Operations, Engineering, and Data & AI teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
Translate business and operational requirements into technical autonomous platform solutions.
Provide technical guidance and influence decision-making across stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Drive continuous improvement of autonomous platform capabilities, tools, and methodologies.
Identify and assess emerging technologies such as AI-driven automation, robotics, digital twins, and edge computing.
Support innovation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and value realization

Minimum Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in autonomous systems, robotics, industrial automation, or advanced technology environments.
Proven experience designing or implementing autonomous or semi-autonomous platforms.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in process control or industrial automation systems.
Skills That Matter
Strong knowledge of autonomous systems, robotics, control systems, and industrial automation.
Experience with AI/ML, computer vision, and sensor technologies used in autonomous platforms.
Understanding of OT/IT integration, IoT architectures, and edge computing platforms.
