About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Process Engineer II to provide technical leadership across a state-of-the-art aluminum recycling operation. This role is responsible for driving process excellence, operational efficiency, product quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement throughout the recycling value chain, from scrap preparation through melting, alloying, casting, and finished product handling.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across aluminium recycling, scrap processing, melting, alloying, and casting operations.
- Lead process optimization initiatives to improve productivity, yield, energy efficiency, and product quality.
- Support the implementation of advanced process technologies and operational best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement programs focused on recovery rates, throughput, quality, and cost competitiveness.
- Optimize furnace performance, metal treatment processes, and casting operations.
- Lead root cause investigations and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Support operational readiness, commissioning, and startup activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Metallurgical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in aluminium recycling, secondary aluminium production, melting and casting operations, or similar metallurgical industries.
- Strong expertise in recycling technologies, metallurgy, alloy chemistry, melting furnaces, and casting processes.
- Experience in process optimization, reliability improvement, root cause analysis, and quality management systems.
- Previous commissioning or operational readiness experience is highly desirable.
