Lead Planning Control Engineer Jobs in UAE at Ghobash Group
To deliver & integrate all Projectplanning activities and deliverables for an oil and gas EPCprojects. Responsible for delivery of standard consistent andrealistic project plans reflecting the assessed risk parameters foreach project.
Job Responsibilities
Toprepare  the Master and Constructionschedule.
Generation of Monthly (MPR) Weekly(WPR) and Daily (DPR) reports on operationalactivities
Develop an internal schedule toidentify & track the major milestones to achieve theproject completion date.
Generation of analysisreports Scurve narrative reports for client & managementreview.
Monitoring and updating projectschedule on weekly and monthly basis.
Establish Progress Measurement System (PMS) & prepare Deliverable Status Registers.
Work coordination between
Inter discipline and subcontractors.
Riskidentification & risk responseplanning.
Material & resource planningand coordination.
Critical pathanalysis.
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) preparation.
Develop and update resourcehistogram weekly or monthly asrequired.
Preparation of project Cash flow& actual comparison.
Preparation oflook ahead schedule.
Study and analyse plannedprogress Vs actual progress.
Preparation ofrecovery schedule to catch up the completiondate.
Preparation of Progress Payment Certificate (PPC) and Request for Invoice(RFI)
Review of subcontractor PPC andinvoices
Preparation of tenderschedule.
Projectcosting Execute all cost control aspects of theproject.
Maintain the cost trend register andpreparation of monthly forecasts and variancelogs.
Collect and arrange construction costdata and establish a sound expense filing system anddatabase.
Prepare and submit accurate andtimely project cost reports verifying cost performance against planand identifying areas of potential budget overrun and implementingcorrective action
Calculate man hours of eachproject evaluate budget manhours Vs actualmanhours
Produce Project Planning closeoutreport and Productivity calculation Preparation of project claimsextension of time (EOT)

Qualifications:
Bachelors in Engineeringin Electrical / Instrumentation or any other equivalentdiscipline.
Certified
Project Management
Professional (PMP)
Certificate in Primavera and MSProjects
