Lead of Project Planning & Service – Project Assessment
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 15 years’ experience working within the oil and gas industry in a Project Execution related environment.
Broad experience of projects, engineering, construction, and fabrication in EPC contracts.
Experience in both upstream and downstream sectors is an added advantage.
Experience in multiple project phases like Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPCC is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate, conduct, and participate in various project assessments pertaining to contractor construction sites and fabrication yards.
Actively participate in assessments of yard selection, including audits with a primary focus on HSE and technical quality.
Plan and conduct assessments of projects in the area of construction readiness with respect to HSE and quality during different project phases.
Provide continual communication, coordination, and advice to project teams on assessment findings.
Ensure project constructions/fabrications are consistent with the terms of reference stipulated in the contract regarding HSE and quality.
Support PMT in assessing HSE and quality performance of contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
Participate in safety assessments of current and future fabrication yards located globally.
Ensure the closeout of construction site and/or yard HSE inspections, audits, and survey findings and observations.
