Basic Function:
Manages a portfolio of customer accounts or sub-markets with moderate autonomy, ensuring contract compliance, commercial alignment, and high levels of customer engagement. Develops pricing inputs and prepares business cases in support of commercial proposal submissions and commercial negotiations. Acts as a key liaison with customers, handling operational and commercial inquiries directly while escalating strategic or high-impact decisions to senior management. Contributes to the development of market-facing strategies through data-driven insights and stakeholder coordination.
This role serves as the primary commercial contact for a defined set of accounts, handling operational issue resolution, contract coordination, and the preparation of commercial proposals. Collects, analyzes, and consolidates data on nominations, allocations, and market activity to support pricing decisions and strategic planning. Produces structured recommendations, draft reports, and pricing submissions for review by senior commercial management. Operates with increased independence on recurring commercial matters
while remaining aligned with broader marketing and pricing strategies under supervisory oversight.
Function Description:
- Manages day-to-day customer accounts, ensuring compliance with contracts and meeting sales objectives.
- Negotiates routine term amendments, prices, and delivery of services with highest customer care
- Handles top management Ad Hoc requests. Recommends monthly sales volumes based on market dynamics and capacity.
- Manages customer inquiries, operational clarifications, and dispute resolution with internal stakeholders.
- Prepares economic scenarios and business cases for incremental demand opportunities
Education Requirement:
Bachelor of Science
Minimum Years of Experience: 9
Relevant experience in Saudi aviation market for business charter.
Experience in draft commercial proposal for government tenders
Experience in aircraft management for VVIP clients
