Our client was established in 1976 and provides professional services to the resources & energy sectors and complex process industries. They are a leading international project management company that is stable and successful. They are looking to recruit a Lead Loss Prevention Engineer (Offshore Project) to be based in Qatar.
Requirements:
Engineering Degree in Chemical Engineering
Minimum 10 years (Senior) and 15 years (Lead) experience in process safety and risk within the Oil and Gas industry
Expertise in identifying HSE requirements, preparation of HSE Plan, and Loss Prevention Philosophy document
At least 5 years of offshore design project experience
Develop and review process safety designs, documents, and plans across all disciplines
Expertise in HAZOP, HAZID, PHAST, and blast calculations
Proficiency in philosophy, layout, modeling, and specification for fire and gas detection and loss prevention equipment
