Job Responsibilities
Design Leadership: Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring creative vision aligns with client needs and brand identity.
Project Management: Manage multiple interior design projects, coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution.
Concept Development: Create and present mood boards, sketches, 3D renderings, and detailed design proposals that showcase innovative design solutions.
Technical Execution: Lead the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections, ensuring high-quality implementation.
Team Collaboration: Mentor and guide junior designers and draftsmen, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and continuous learning.
Client Relations: Conduct client meetings, site visits, and design presentations, ensuring satisfaction and seamless project execution.
Market Trends & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology to integrate fresh and sustainable design concepts.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design.
Strong portfolio showcasing design creativity, project execution, and technical expertise.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software (3ds Max, V-Ray, or Lumion), Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit (preferred).
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong communication & presentation skills to interact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders effectively.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and industry regulations.
