Section B: Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities

Including But Not Limited To
- Maintain established Environment Health and Safety policy and standard to relevant international/national standards.
- Review the status to current Environment Health and Safety management system.
- Review the established Environment Health and Safety system to suit the changing business and organization structure and recommend amendments as appropriate to the management.
- Face all external third-party audits and initiate necessary Corrective & Preventive actions.
- Review the Correctness of EHS Risk Assessments.
- Implementation of relevant EHS standards / programs.
- Control of EHS Documents & Records.
- Maintain EHS management system.
- Implement and maintain EHS Training Plans and Reports.
- Manage EHS internal Audit plans / reports.
- Conduct and lead internal audits relevant to the EHS system.
- Achievement of departmental KPI’s.
- Provide EHS support where required.

- Engineering or Technical background preferably through a formal bachelor’s degree program.
- Technical experience, operations experience.
- Strong EHS knowledge.
- Knowledge of International/National standards.
- Knowledge in EHS.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, leadership skills & computer & presentation skills
- Strong ability to develop relationship with others.
- Self-starter & ability to make decisions.
- Ability to handle human resource issues.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project & Other Planning software.
Section D: EHS Responsibilities (Environment, Health and Safety)
All Employees/operatives Will
- Ensure the implementation of the Company EHS Policy for the prevention of injury, damage or loss to Company personnel and resources.
- Adhere to the risk assessment controls identified.
- Not interfere or misuse any equipment supplied.
- Maintain equipment supplied for carrying out work tasks including daily maintenance where appropriate.
- Use personal protective equipment supplied in accordance with site risk assessments and site rules.
- Attend any suitable training to ensure that they are competent to perform their duties safely.
- Comply with any rules specific to a particular site and any Company wide health, safety or environmental requirements.
- Report any injuries, unsafe acts or conditions to line managers.
- Support EHS policy to help deliver cultural development and sustained continual improvement in EHS performance.
