Job Description:
Elevate Accounting and Auditing is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Lead Generation – Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and converting them into business opportunities through proactive calling and follow-ups. This role requires a combination of strong communication skills, persuasive sales tactics, and a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other business development strategies.
Call prospective clients to introduce Elevate’s accounting, auditing, taxation, and compliance services.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients to close deals.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM software.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth targets.
Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries professionally.
Research market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or telecalling/Cold Calling (preferably in the accounting, auditing, or financial services industry).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to handle outbound calls and engage clients effectively.
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
