Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Lead Generation Associate to drive business growth through social media. The primary focus of this role is generating and qualifying leads using social media platforms while also creating engaging content and managing the company’s social media presence. The ideal candidate is skilled in online prospecting, content creation, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
- Identify and engage potential clients through direct messaging, networking, and online community engagement.
- Research target audiences and build a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Create engaging social media content, including graphics, captions, short videos, and promotional posts aligned with the company’s brand.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries and comments, and foster meaningful interactions with followers.
- Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system and provide regular reports on lead generation and social media performance.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to improve outreach and engagement.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, or business development.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms, including basic graphic design and short-form video content.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, research, and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging and impactful content.
Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
