🚨 We're Hiring | Estimation Team Lead 📍 Dubai, UAE
Aikah Fire Protection Equipment Division is looking for an experienced and proactive Estimation Team Lead to join our Fire Equipment Maintenance Department in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain a comprehensive enquiry tracking system from receipt of enquiry through quotation submission and project delivery.
- Prepare accurate estimates and quotations for fit-out, refurbishment, villa, supply projects, AMC contracts, and related works.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates and commercial proposals.
- Manage premium tenders and high-value enquiries, ensuring timely preparation and submission of all required documents.
- Prepare and coordinate technical submittals, compliance statements, warranty certificates, O&M manuals, and other project documentation.
- Monitor all incoming enquiries and ensure quotations are prepared and submitted within required deadlines.
- Maintain and update enquiry logs, quotation records, outstanding reports, daily activity logs, and submission trackers.
- Monitor relevant online portals for new opportunities and prepare quotations and submission documents accordingly.
- Coordinate daily quotation schedules with coordinators, review pending enquiries, and provide regular status updates to the Manager.
- Conduct weekly review meetings with the Manager to discuss enquiry status, quotation progress, and pending actions.
- Ensure all quotations comply with company policies, approved margins, pricing structures, and commercial guidelines.
- Review daily PPM reports, allocate quotation requirements, and assign coordinators upon Manager approval.
- Coordinate quotation preparation for AMC sites and track quotation status, approvals, and follow-ups.
- Monitor PPM service reports for Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman in coordination with the Survey Supervisor.
- Coordinate Survey Supervisor visits based on enquiry requirements and ensure timely completion of surveys and submissions.
- Track work completion and AMC/PPM activities in coordination with the Survey Supervisor and Operations Team.
- Ensure coordinators submit new, renewal, rectification, and fit-out quotations while maintaining regular enquiry updates.
- Follow up with clients for quotation approvals, pending decisions, feedback, and outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records of active enquiries, quotations, approvals, and client communications.
- Follow up daily on submitted rectification and related quotations and provide progress updates to the Manager.
- Prepare pre-tender and post-tender estimates and quotations for AMC, fit-out tenders, and supply projects.
- Verify all quotations to ensure accuracy, profitability, and compliance with company commercial standards.
- Prepare weekly reports covering sales activities, coordinator performance, LPO status, job card issuance, invoice notifications, and quotation progress.
- Ensure job cards are raised for all approved works within the stipulated timeframe and maintain proper tracking records.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the Manager in line with business requirements and operational objectives.
Experience & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant experience in estimation, quotation preparation, tender coordination, or commercial coordination within the fire protection, fire & safety industry.
- Experience in fire protection equipment maintenance contracts, AMC proposals, and service quotations is preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE fire safety requirements, authority regulations, and maintenance practices will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with NFPA standards, Civil Defence requirements, and fire protection compliance documentation is preferred.
