Job Purpose:
To lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative digital solutions aligned with business goals and digital transformation strategies. This role is responsible for managing multiple digital product initiatives, from early-stage strategy to deployment, ensuring they meet stakeholder needs, deliver business value, and reflect industry best practices.
Key Accountabilities:
Actively engage with business stakeholders to understand specific needs, analyze requirements
Contribute to the development of digital transformation strategies, high-level solution designs, and target user experiences
Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and scopes
Monitor product performance post-deployment and drive ongoing improvements based on user feedback and market developments
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, and support end-users through training and knowledge sharing
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Digital Marketing or Technology Management, Management Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in similar position.
