As a Lead Commissioning Engineer
, you will be responsible for:
Managing non-conformities and resolving technical issues with ownership and accountability.
Being the technical reference point for field and project engineers, supporting them in resolving technical issues at project sites.
Managing and sharing engineering lessons learned across projects.
Troubleshooting issues with products like heavy-duty gas turbines, compressors, electric motors, gearboxes, and auxiliaries.
Preparing and reviewing technical documentation such as trip investigation reports, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions, and communicating effectively with the team.
Collaborating with internal engineering disciplines and leading issue resolution efforts.
Adapting to internal processes related to design reviews, quality, and safety to meet KPIs.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
A bachelor’s degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with control systems such as MarkVIe, Proficy Machine Edition, PLCs, DCS, etc.
Ability to interpret control logic and troubleshoot system issues.
Experience interpreting engineering documents like P& and wiring diagrams.
At least 5 years of technical experience with control systems and rotating machinery at project sites.
Knowledge of Baker Hughes heavy-duty gas turbines or centrifugal compressors is a plus.
Fluency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Flexibility to travel to different sites.
