We're hiring: Lead Cleaner
The Lead Cleaner is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the restaurant's front and back of house areas. This role supervises the dishwashing and housekeeping teams, ensuring all cleaning schedules, sanitation procedures, and health and safety standards are consistently followed.
The Lead Cleaner plays a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment that supports exceptional guest experiences and complies with all Dubai Municipality food safety regulations.
What You'll Own:
Team Leadership — Supervise daily operations, train new team members, and keep morale high
Cleaning & Hygiene — Maintain spotless FOH & BOH areas, oversee deep cleaning schedules
Dishwashing Operations — Keep service flowing with a steady supply of clean plates, glassware & tools
Health & Safety — Champion HACCP compliance and safe chemical handling
Inventory & Admin — Track supplies, maintain hygiene logs, support audits
