Job Summary: The Carpenter Lead Man supervises and coordinates the carpentry team in the fabrication and assembly of formwork, frames, and wooden components for prefabricated building systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate carpentry activities
- Fabricate and assemble formwork, frames, and wooden components
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Ensure quality and accuracy of carpentry work
- Train and guide carpentry team members
- Manage materials and tools for carpentry work
- Enforce safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Trade certificate or diploma in Carpentry
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in carpentry in construction
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience:
- Carpentry in Prefab construction: 8 years (Required)
