Lead Business Analyst (SAP Sr. Project Manager)
Location: Doha, Qatar
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst (SAP Sr. Project Manager) to lead enterprise-wide SAP transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP RISE, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Business AI while managing complex digital transformation projects from initiation to successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale SAP transformation and digital modernization projects.
- Drive SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, and AI-enabled business process transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate SAP S/4HANA, SAP RISE, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud implementations.
- Manage project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, budgets, timelines, risks, and resource allocation.
- Oversee SAP BTP platform enablement, cloud services, integrations, and API-based solutions.
- Review and govern Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and technical deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, governance, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, security teams, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver successful SAP programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- SAP Certification in one or more relevant areas (SAP BTP, SAP Solution Architecture, SAP S/4HANA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 8 years of SAP project and digital transformation experience, including at least 3 years managing complex SAP programs.
- Strong experience with:
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP RISE
- SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- SAP Datasphere
- SAP Integration Suite
- SAP Business AI & SAP Joule
- Proven experience managing enterprise SAP implementations, cloud migrations, and cross-functional project teams.
- Excellent understanding of project governance, solution architecture, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Strong English communication skills.
