Position Overview:
The Car Care Service Advisor is the primary point of contact between customers and the service team. This role involves understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate car care services, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, technical knowledge of automotive services, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Customer Service & Consultation:
Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs.
Provide professional advice on car care services, maintenance, and repairs.
Explain service options, costs, and timelines clearly to customers.
Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
✅ Service Coordination & Workflow Management:
Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
Communicate customer requirements clearly to the technical team.
Monitor the progress of vehicle services and provide timely updates to customers.
Ensure accurate job documentation and maintain records using service management software.
✅ Sales & Upselling:
Recommend additional services and products based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines.
Educate customers on preventive maintenance and specialized car care treatments.
Achieve sales targets by promoting value-added services.
✅ Quality Control & Follow-Up:
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer expectations.
Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.
Handle customer complaints or service issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a service advisor or customer-facing automotive role.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of automotive maintenance, detailing, and repair services.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English (additional languages like Arabic are a plus).
Customer Focus: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks, appointments, and service workflows.
Sales Ability: Experience in upselling automotive services and achieving sales targets.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and service management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in luxury or premium car care services.
Bilingual abilities (e.g., English and Arabic).
Valid UAE driving license (if applicable).
Work Environment:
Fast-paced customer service environment within a car care or automotive service center.
Requires standing for extended periods and occasional vehicle inspections.
May involve working weekends or shifts based on customer demand.
