Lead Auditor – Work at Height / DROPS / HSE Management Systems
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Project-Based / Contract
We are hiring an experienced Lead Auditor – Work at Height / DROPS / HSE Management Systems for a project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HSE auditing, Work at Height, DROPS, PTW, TRA/JSA, contractor safety, and HSE management systems.
Key Responsibilities
– Conduct HSE audits and evaluate compliance with applicable HSE management systems.
– Audit Work at Height (WAH), PTW, TRA/JSA, contractor safety, and DROPS controls.
– Identify non-conformities, safety gaps, and areas for improvement.
– Prepare detailed audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
– Assess contractor HSE performance and compliance.
Education & Certifications
– Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
– Relevant HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent preferred.
– Lead Auditor Certification in a relevant HSE/Management System standard.
– Relevant Work at Height (WAH) and DROPS training/certification preferred.
Experience & Skills
– Proven experience in HSE auditing and management systems.
– Strong knowledge of WAH, PTW, TRA/JSA, contractor safety, and DROPS controls.
– Saudi Aramco project experience is highly preferred.
– Strong audit, reporting, risk assessment, and communication skills.
