Lead architectural design of offshore accommodation facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant offshore standards, HSE, and human factors.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop accommodation modules, living quarters, and support buildings
- Sleeping quarters, control rooms, common areas
- Muster areas, smoking lounges, and escape routes
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, escape, and evacuation requirements
- Address brownfield constraints including limited space, existing structures, and elevation levels
- Coordinate with structural and MEP disciplines for integration
- Participate in 3D model reviews and ensure constructability offshore
Technical Requirements
- Experience in offshore accommodation or building projects
- Strong knowledge of:
- Offshore living facilities standards
- Fire protection and life safety systems
- Experience in brownfield upgrades and extensions of existing accommodation facilities
- Familiarity with space optimization in constrained offshore environments
