Description:
Oversee the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet client requirements, timelines, and expectations.
Create and developinnovativearchitectural designs that balance functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Lead and coordinate a team of architects, designers, and consultants to execute cohesive projects.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, presenting design concepts and incorporating feedback to refine designs.
Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the feasibility and integrity of architectural designs, addressing any engineering challenges.
Maintain high standards of design quality, reviewing and approving drawings and plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement architectural designs that meet client requirements and expectations.
Lead a team of architects, designers, and consultants to execute projects efficiently.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the integrity of architectural designs.
Requirements:
12 years of working experience, 3 years as a Lead Architect.
Knowledge of building codes and zoning ordinances.
Thorough knowledge of local code requirements with the ability to implement.
Creative thinking ability and aesthetic sensitivity.
ERP knowledge, preferably Odoo functional skills.
