The Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative Lead Specialist to join our collaborative team. If you love understanding market trends, capturing organic traffic, building beautiful landing pages, and setting up automated sequences that guide clients naturally through their journey, we would love to meet you.
In this role, you will work closely with our Director of Growth and our in-house Developer in a supportive environment where your ideas will be heard and brought to life.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Funnel Building: Use your creativity to design and optimize lead conversion funnels in GoHighLevel. You’ll help us set up friendly, automated Email and WhatsApp nurturing sequences that connect with our clients.
- Market Intelligence & Content Creation: Dive into the latest SEO tools to discover exactly what our clients are looking for right now (like specific real estate trends). You’ll write engaging copy for our Main Pages and Service Landing Pages, preparing everything our developer needs to build the pages.
- Global SEO Strategy: Help us grow our digital footprint! You’ll expand our organic reach beyond the UAE and Spain, connecting with the LATAM market and international English-speaking audiences.
- B2B: Take the lead on our LinkedIn presence, sharing our expertise, building authority, and connecting with B2B audiences in an authentic way.
- Full-Journey Conversion: Create helpful resources for our clients, including case studies, FAQs, pricing guides, and thoughtful Meta/Google retargeting campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) for funnel building and marketing automation.
- A strong foundation in technical SEO, Local SEO, and keyword demand research.
- Great copywriting skills with a knack for speaking to the client’s needs.
- Experience in B2B marketing, especially using LinkedIn.
- A proactive, team-player mindset. You enjoy taking the initiative and collaborating with others to keep projects moving smoothly.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED7,500.00 per month
