The role will be responsible to design and implement strategic learning initiatives that enhance employee performance and
career growth
. Working closely with
leadership
, they will assess capability gaps, design targeted learning solutions, and oversee the annual training catalog. This role does not have any reportees.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct learning needs
assessments to identify skill
gaps and training priorities.
Develop and manage the local training calendar, localizing global content for the region.
Establish functional competency frameworks in
collaboration
with
leadership
.
Create personalized learning paths based on employee objectives and development plans.
Oversee training logistics, including materials, scheduling, and evaluation.
Enhance learning impact through post-training assessments and manager feedback.
Support people managers in coaching and real-time performance feedback.
Manage the L&D budget, ensuring a strong return on investment.
Stay updated on industry best practices by engaging with global and external L&D communities.
Talent development and
succession planning
.
Key Requirements:
6+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
Strong
communication
, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a
service-oriented approach
.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating reports, presentations, and training materials.
