Description
We are hiring an experienced Lawyer / Legal Advisor to join a leading group of companies (Preferred Arabic Nationality).
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Specialized in all rental disputes.
- Strong experience in construction and contracting company cases.
- Handling all legal matters related to the group and its subsidiary companies.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal agreements.
- Representing the companies before courts and government authorities.
- Providing legal consultations and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
