*About the Role:*
We are hiring a *Plumber* to handle all plumbing-related maintenance and repairs in our apartments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in fixing leaks, installing pipelines, and maintaining water systems, ensuring smooth operations for our tenants.
*Key Responsibilities:*
– Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, pipelines, and fixtures in apartments.
– Diagnose plumbing issues and carry out repairs efficiently.
– Perform routine inspections to prevent potential problems.
– Ensure compliance with safety and plumbing regulations.
– Respond promptly to tenant requests and emergency plumbing issues.
– Work independently and take full responsibility for plumbing tasks.
*Requirements:*
– Minimum of 1-2 years of plumbing experience in residential or commercial properties.
– Strong knowledge of pipes, drainage systems, and water supply lines.
– Ability to work independently without supervision.
– Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Experience in maintaining multiple apartments is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
