The Opportunity
Join our EY Law practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as a Financial Regulatory Lawyer at the Manager level. You will engage in complex transactions within the banking and finance sector across the Middle East, advising clients on legal, regulatory, and market developments locally and internationally.

Your Key Responsibilities
Manage delivery of complex legal projects in banking and finance, requiring industry knowledge and the ability to discuss industry trends and legal hot topics. Build and maintain client relationships internally and externally. Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, adhering to EY’s protocols and policies.
Skills and Attributes for Success
We seek professionals with experience in established law firms, aiming to develop a new legal practice. Candidates should have:
At least 5 years post-qualification experience in reputable legal environments.
Strong knowledge of banking & finance laws in Saudi Arabia and MENA.
Understanding of banking industry operations and legal documentation.
Excellent client relationship skills and strategic awareness.
Strong communication, negotiation, collaboration, and project management skills.
Leadership abilities to build and lead effective teams.
Ideally, you also have:
