Position: Lathe Operator (Manual)
Micah Solutions FZE is seeking a skilled Manual Lathe Operator to join our client’s manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating manual lathe machines to produce precision components according to technical specifications. Your expertise with manual machinery will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality production and meeting project deadlines.
Responsibilities :
Set up and operate manual lathe machines to produce parts according to blueprints and engineering specifications.
Measure and inspect work pieces to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances.
Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings to achieve desired outcomes.
Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on lathe machines to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Document production activities and report any issues to the supervisor.
Requirements
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Manual Lathe Operator or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent measurement and inspection skills using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle tools and machinery effectively.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with CNC lathe operations is a plus.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
6 Days working (8.00am to 5.00PM)
Salary : AED 2000
