We are looking for a skilled, friendly, and detail-oriented Lash Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate is passionate about eyelash extensions, provides excellent customer service, and is committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their desired lash style and recommend suitable treatments.
- Perform eyelash extension applications, including classic, hybrid, and volume techniques.
- Perform lash infills, removals, and lash-related treatments as required.
- Ensure lashes are applied safely, accurately, and to a high professional standard.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment area.
- Follow all salon hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
- Provide clients with professional aftercare advice.
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat bookings.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
- Stay up to date with current lash trends, techniques, and products.
- Recommend appropriate lash-care products when suitable.
- Contribute to a welcoming, professional, and positive salon environment.
- Previous experience as a Lash Technician or relevant beauty qualification.
- Certification in eyelash extensions is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Good knowledge of lash application, removal, and aftercare.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and continue professional development. Requirements
