Job Description / Responsibility
- Machine Setup: Load cutting programs, calibrate parameters (laser intensity, beam focal point, feed rate), and set up proper fixtures for specific materials.
- Operation: Safely load, position, and unload raw materials and finished parts into the machine.
- Quality Control: Conduct dimensional inspections using calipers, tape measures, and gauges to verify part accuracy against engineering drawings.
- Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance, such as cleaning optics, checking nozzles, and clearing debris, to keep machines running at peak performance.
- Troubleshooting: Monitor cutting processes to quickly identify and address malfunctions, material defects, or programming errors.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to workplace safety protocols, wearing necessary protective equipment, and maintaining a clean work
Educational Requirements
- HSC
- Diploma (Vocational)
- Skills Required:

Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
