Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technician with hands-on expertise in repairing and maintaining agro-machinery and landscaping equipment. The role involves working with tractors, mowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and other related machines. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong technical skills and a practical approach to machinery maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain tractors, mowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping and agro-machinery.
- Conduct routine servicing and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues.
- Ensure all equipment is operational, safe, and meets site requirements.
- Collaborate with the operations team to address urgent repairs and reduce downtime.
- Keep records of all maintenance activities and recommend solutions for recurring issues.
- Provide guidance and hands-on training to junior staff when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining tractors, 2-stroke machines, and landscaping equipment.
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to diagnose and solve technical issues effectively.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and proper handling of machinery.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Practical experience in working with various models of agro-machinery (no specific brand requirements).

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
