Job Description:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for landscape construction projects.
• Manage cost planning, value engineering, and budget control from concept to project completion.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, conduct tender analysis, and support procurement processes.
• Monitor project costs, assess variations, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with budgets and contract terms.
