Procurement Management
:
Coordinate procurement of all materials, including plants, hardscape materials (pavers, stones, concrete), and irrigation components.
Evaluate and select suppliers and subcontractors for various landscape components and negotiate contracts for competitive pricing andquality assurance.
Team and Contractor Management

Hire and manage landscape subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they adhere to project timelines, quality standards, andsafety protocols.
