Job Summary
The Landscape Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating landscaping activities at project sites. The role ensures that work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead landscaping crews on-site
- Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress
- Interpret landscaping drawings and site plans
- Ensure proper planting, irrigation, turfing, and hardscape installation
- Monitor material usage and request supplies when required
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other site teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Train and guide workers on proper landscaping techniques
- Maintain site discipline and productivity
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant certification in Horticulture, Landscaping, or related field (preferred)
- 3–7 years of landscaping experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Ability to read drawings and landscaping layouts
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and plant care
Pay: AED1.00 – AED2.00 per month
