About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Landscape Draftsman to join our design and construction team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate landscape drawings, technical details, and supporting our landscape engineer on various projects.
Responsibilities:
- ·Preparing Architectural CAD drawings / 3D as per Engineering and Client requirements.
- Develop hardscape and softscape plans, sections, and construction details
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure drawings reflect actual requirements
- Managing the different versions of the design drawings and ensure they are controlled in a sequential reference environment.
- Maintaining log of drawings of all relevant design projects as per project requirements.
- Update and revise drawings based on feedback
- Ensure all work complies with UAE codes and project specifications
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Drafting, or related field.
- Experience as a landscape draftsman (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D
- Knowledge of planting plans, irrigation layouts, and hardscape detailing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new software and techniques.
