Job Purpose:
We are looking for a creative Videographer & Photographer to join our team full-time, based in Dubai. In this role, you will transform brand messages into engaging video and photo content that captivates our target audience. You will be responsible for producing high-quality visuals that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
This position requires technical expertise in video production, lighting, photography, and editing, as well as a strong sense of storytelling and adaptability. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality video content that effectively communicates the company’s value proposition, benefits, and key messages.
Create engaging, audience-focused videos for marketing campaigns, advertisements, product demos, and client testimonials.
Follow creative briefs and scripts while adding creative input to enhance storytelling.
Record and edit footage from internal sources, clients, partners, events, and other activities as needed.
Capture professional photos for events, client testimonials, team activities, and marketing materials.
Ensure brand consistency in all visuals, maintaining a polished and professional aesthetic.
Stay updated on trends in video content creation, social media, and AI-powered video editing tools to improve content quality and efficiency.
Edit videos and images using specific software.
Adapt content for different platforms and formats, including social media, website, and advertising campaigns.
Show initiative by suggesting innovative video content ideas and staying ahead of industry trends.
Organize files and folders in a logical manner.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in videography and photography in a business, agency, or media environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video and photo content (marketing campaigns, events, product videos, etc.).
Proficiency in video production, lighting setups, and professional camera operation.
Skilled in video and photo editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects is a plus).
Experience using Canva or other quick-editing tools for social media content.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a creative team.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow creative directions while also contributing new ideas.
Experience adapting content forvarious social media formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Knowledge of AI-powered editing tools is a plus.
Demonstrate professional behavior and the ability to adapt among the existing team is essential.
