Landscape Designer Jobs in Dubai at Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Designer to join our team. The role involves developing landscape concepts from initial idea to detailed design and supporting project execution to ensure high-quality delivery.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing conceptual designs, softscape and hardscape layouts, planting plans, irrigation concepts, lighting layouts, as well as 2D drawings and 3D visualizations. You will also prepare presentation materials and support design approvals.
You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams, conduct site analysis, and ensure designs are implemented as intended on site. The role also includes compliance with UAE authority regulations and assistance in BOQ preparation and design documentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop landscape design concepts based on client requirements and site conditions
- Prepare detailed drawings (softscape, hardscape, planting, irrigation, lighting)
- Create 2D drawings and 3D visualizations (renders)
- Prepare presentation boards and design documentation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams
- Conduct site analysis and support project execution
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and authority standards
- Assist in BOQ preparation and design revisions
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in landscape design (UAE experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Lumion/3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of plant selection, materials, and detailing
- Understanding of UAE authority requirements (preferred)
- Strong creativity, visualization, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
