Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees
Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.
Delivers and serves tea, water to staff and faculty members as per their requirements.
Maintains the cleanliness of the office, laboratories, kitchen, Wash room, windows glass, office vehicle.
Hand trolley handling, drums filling and packing , loading and offloading material for plant and production time, housekeeping activity for plant at regularly
Monitoring office inside lights, A/C ,water dispenser and outside lights switch on and off,
ssist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing for meetings.
Assist in arranging and serving refreshments during meetings and events.
Ensure the pantry and kitchen areas are organized and well-stocked.
Collect and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Coordinate outgoing mail and courier services.
Assist staff with minor administrative tasks as requested.
