LAND SURVEYOR FOR COMMONWEALTH OF DOMINICA OFFICE ( CARIBBEAN COUNTRY)
The land surveyor is responsible for conducting precise surveys to support earthworks activities for the airport construction project. . This role involves estalishing control points, verifying ground levels, and ensuring compliance with design specifications.
- Measuring distances, directions and angles to determine, locate,and define boundaries and checking layer thicknesses.
- Produce Report for management
- Process survey data using software such as AutoCad, Trimble,or Leica.
- Provide cut and fill calculations to ensure proper material distribution
- Reading and interpreting CAD drawings
- Calculation of heights, volumes, and contours.
- Using GPS, Robotic Total stations,aerial and terrestrial scanners, and computer software.
- Excavation supervision and all kinds of foundation setting out.
- Set out and verify earthworks alignments, slopes and eleveations as per design drawing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED11,000.00 per month
