Our land surveying firm in Sharjah is seeking a skilled and dedicated Land Surveyor Assistant to join our team. As an Indian national with no English language requirement you will assist our experienced surveyors in conducting field surveys and collecting data for various projects. This is a great opportunity for someone without prior experience in the field as on-the-job training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Accompany experienced surveyors on site visits and assist with setting up equipment and taking measurements
- Use various surveying instruments such as total stations GPS receivers and levels to collect accurate data
- Keep detailed records of all measurements and observations made during surveys
- Use computer software to process data and create maps diagrams and reports
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met on time
Requirements
- Indian national with no English language requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using measurement tools such as rulers and tape measures
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrain
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment if needed
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position. This does not include accommodation so applicants must have their own housing arrangements in Sharjah.
