Job Summary
We are looking to hire an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting data, analyzing the results, and creating reports related to land surveying projects. The position offers a salary of 1400 QAR per month and is open to foreigners.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct field surveys to acquire data for land surveying projects, including measurements of angles and distances as well as elevation points.
Analyze collected data using specialized software tools and create topographical maps based on the findings.
Prepare survey reports for clients detailing the results of the survey work performed.
Update maps and records based on recent surveys and new developments in the area.
Maintain accurate records for all survey projects conducted.
Ensure that all work is done in compliance with applicable regulations and safety procedures.
Work with clients to discuss their project needs and provide advice on best surveying practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or Land Surveying from an accredited university is required.
Minimum 3 years experience working as a Land Surveyor in a professional setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
Working knowledge of surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, etc., is essential for this role.
Familiarity with applicable regulations related to surveying work is desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this position.
Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with clients effectively.
