Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and fluent English-speaking waitress to join our team at a hotel in Al Ain. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. This is an immediate-start position. As a representative of our brand, you must be polite, approachable, and professional. You will interact with customers, handle their requests, and ensure excellent service, especially during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain a smart appearance, with excellent English communication skills.
Be polite, courteous, and attentive to customer needs.
Attend daily or regular meetings with the manager to stay updated on menu changes and specials.
Take customer orders, provide information about menu items and specials, and clarify any questions.
Pass customer orders to the kitchen staff for preparation.
Deliver food and drinks to tables, check on customers’ satisfaction, and offer additional courses if needed.
Prepare and present customer checks, process payments via cash or credit card, and return the appropriate change.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills to handle transactions accurately.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: AED 2,000 per month
Visa, accommodation, medical insurance, and food (Breakfast and Lunch provided; dinner must be prepared by staff).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED2,000.00 per month
