Job Summary: We are looking for an experience enthusiastic individual with experience in the UAE e-commerce marketplace, including Amazon, Noon, and Social Media Platforms to manage our account.
E-commerce Associate cum Administrative Officer
Key responsibilities:
Full control over Amazon account.
Boost sales using e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Noon
List products with accurate and optimized descriptions, photos, and details.
Inventory replenishment.
Create, Maintain, and Expand our Online Presence on Global Marketplaces like Amazon and Noon
Manage the return and reimbursement process.
Keep track of your account’s performance.
Inventory, price, and promotions should all be managed.
Provide outstanding client service.
Preparing for the FBA cycle.
Manage Amazon campaigns, including PPC, brand, and display.
Setting up an online store, creating content, analyzing data, marketing, utilizing in-platform capabilities, order administration, and fulfillment.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
Administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Qualifications:
Over two years of experience managing Amazon accounts.
Have experience managing a noon account seller
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
