Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our client’s dynamic cybersecurity system integrator team, focusing on B2B clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, establishing strong client relationships, and staying ahead in the competitive cybersecurity landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Strategy:
Identify and target potential B2B clients for cybersecurity solutions, including Endpoint Security, Application Security, Network Security, Identity & Access Management, and Managed Services.
Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and increase brand awareness in the B2B segment.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor strategies.
2. Client Engagement & Sales:
Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients, understanding their cybersecurity needs.
Present and demonstrate products and services effectively, tailoring solutions to meet customer-specific requirements.
Upsell and cross-sell cybersecurity solutions based on client needs and emerging threats.
Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with marketing and technical teams to design campaigns and create customer-centric cybersecurity solutions.
Provide customer feedback to internal teams to enhance products and services.
Participate in trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities to showcase offerings.
4. Customer Education & Retention:
Educate customers on the importance of cybersecurity and the company’s offerings.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional post-sales support.
5. Product Knowledge and Demonstration:
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s cybersecurity products and services.
Effectively demonstrate and explain the value of solutions to prospective and existing clients.
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to provide expert guidance.
6. Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis.
Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to meet company goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in cybersecurity, IT, or technology solutions.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and their application in the B2B market.
Proven ability to develop sales strategies and close deals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
Experience:
IT sales experience / Cybersecurity products sales: 2 years (Required)
