Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai and Sharjah for a MEP Supervisor. The MEP Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The MEP Supervisor will ensure that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations. The MEP Supervisor will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve system performance and reduce costs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
Expertise in HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
Excellent knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to efficiently manage time and people, and prioritize tasks given to the team
Understanding of safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all the employees, vendors, and contractors, and the ability to identify and manage any safety risks and incidents.
Professional certifications in MEP systems are desired
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
