Overview
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Receive customers who come to the store, answer their questions, and provide professional product introductions and shopping suggestions.
2. Handle customer needs and after-sales services, such as returns, exchanges, product inquiries, etc.
3. Responsible for the purchase, inventory, sorting and placement of goods to ensure accurate inventory and timely reflection of replenishment needs.
4. Packaging, shipping and logistics connection to ensure that orders are delivered on time.
5. Contact Taipei branch to ensure smooth dispatch of goods.
6. Assist in the daily operation and management of the store, such as scheduling, product display and environmental maintenance.
Job Experience
1. College degree or above
2. Interested in clothing, enthusiastic about customer service, and enjoy interacting with people.
3. Good organization and communication skills, able to coordinate and cooperate with the team.
4. Proactive, willing to learn new skills, and have good time management skills.
5. Careful and responsible, good at solving problems, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
