Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Lab Manager – Saudi Arabia (Multiple Locations)
Lead an established CMT laboratory operation with responsibility for commercial performance, client relationships, technical delivery and growth. This role goes beyond day-to-day lab management and is suited to someone who enjoys building teams, improving performance and identifying new opportunities.
You will oversee testing activities across areas including soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, geotechnical and mix design work while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and ISO/IEC 17025 compliance.
We are looking for commercially minded laboratory leaders who combine strong CMT knowledge with a proactive, business-building mindset.
Key requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in CMT / materials testing / laboratory operations
- Experience leading teams and managing client relationships
- Knowledge of ASTM / AASHTO / BS/EN standards and ISO 17025
- Background in roads, infrastructure, construction materials or testing environments
- Track record of improving performance, growing services or leading operational change
Multiple locations across Saudi Arabia including Dammam, Abqaiq, Tabuk, Rabigh and Jizan.
