We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Dental Laboratory Technician to join our dental laboratory team in Abu Dhabi – Main City.

Key Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or relevant professional qualification in Dental Technology / Dental Laboratory Technology
- Proven experience working as a Dental Laboratory Technician
- Strong practical knowledge of dental laboratory procedures and techniques
- Experience in the fabrication and finishing of fixed and removable dental prostheses
- Good knowledge of crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, and dental appliances
- Ability to accurately interpret dentist prescriptions, laboratory instructions, and dental impressions
- Strong attention to detail, precision, and quality control
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM and digital dental laboratory workflows is an advantage
- Experience with zirconia, E-max, porcelain/ceramic, acrylic, and metal-based restorations is preferred
- Ability to work effectively with dentists and clinical teams
- Good understanding of infection control, laboratory safety, and proper handling of dental materials
- UAE experience is preferred
- Candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi are preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given priority
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate, modify, repair, and finish dental prosthetic appliances according to dentist prescriptions
- Prepare and process crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, and other dental restorations
- Ensure all laboratory work meets required standards of accuracy, function, aesthetics, and fit
- Work closely with dentists to clarify laboratory prescriptions and case requirements
- Perform quality checks before cases are delivered to the dental clinic
- Maintain proper documentation and case tracking
- Ensure appropriate handling, maintenance, and storage of laboratory equipment and materials
- Follow established infection control, health and safety, and laboratory protocols
- Manage laboratory workload efficiently and meet required case turnaround times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional laboratory environment
