We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing samples, and ensuring accuracy in results while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on various samples (blood, urine, tissue, chemicals, etc.).
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
Record and analyze data accurately, preparing reports for medical or industrial purposes.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the laboratory.
Assist in research and development activities, as needed.
Maintain proper documentation of test results and laboratory activities.
Handle and store laboratory samples properly.
Follow quality control procedures to ensure precision and reliability.
Collaborate with other lab personnel and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lab Technician in a hospital, clinic, or industrial lab.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using laboratory software and Microsoft Office.
Certifications: DHA/HAAD/MOH license (or eligibility) is required for medical lab technicians.
Language: Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
